What you need for this tutorial:
- A contact form using Contact Form 7
- A plugin called Contact Form 7 – Dynamic Text Extension
- Help Links enabled for your posts
Bear in mind that the Contact Form 7 – Dynamic Text Extension already comes bundled within LearnMore Pro.
To use the dynamic subject for Contact Form 7, you’ll need to create a field called dynamic text on your contact form, like the following:
You’ll need to have the Subject field as a dynamictext field and then add the URL parameter that you’ll use, in this case it’s subject. It should look like this: “CF7_GET key=’subject'”.
From now on, when a reader has doubts and clicks on the Help Links, the contact form will pre-fill the subject line automatically, so your users do not need to worry about that.
